วิธีการใช้งาน (How to Use)

• ติดฟองน้ำเข้ากับแป้นขัดขนาด 2" หรือ 3" ให้แน่นสนิท
• หยดน้ำยาขัดในปริมาณเหมาะสมลงบนฟองน้ำ
• ตั้งรอบเครื่องให้เหมาะกับเนื้องาน แล้วเริ่มขัดแบบทแยงหรือเป็นแนวสม่ำเสมอ
• หมั่นตรวจสอบความร้อนของผิวงานและฟองน้ำระหว่างใช้งาน
• หลังใช้งานให้ทำความสะอาด และผึ่งให้แห้งก่อนเก็บ
• Attach the pad firmly onto a 2" or 3" backing plate
• Apply a suitable amount of polishing compound
• Work in overlapping passes at appropriate machine speed
• Monitor heat buildup during operation
• Clean and air dry the pad after each use

คำแนะนำ (Suggestion)

• ใช้น้ำยาขัดให้เหมาะสมกับประเภทงานเพื่อผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุด
• ล้างฟองน้ำหลังใช้งานเพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งาน
• ควรใช้ฟองน้ำหลายลูกแยกแต่ละประเภทงาน (ตัด–ขัด–ขัดเงา)
• ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของพื้นผิวก่อนเริ่มขัด
• Use polish suitable for the specific task
• Clean the pad after use to extend service life
• Use different pads for cutting, polishing, and finishing
• Ensure surface cleanliness before polishing

คำเตือน (Warning)

• ห้ามใช้บนพื้นผิวที่สกปรก มีเม็ดทราย หรือมีเศษโลหะติดอยู่
• ห้ามใช้รอบเครื่องสูงเกินกำหนด เพราะอาจทำให้ฟองน้ำไหม้
• หากฟองน้ำฉีกขาดหรือเสียรูป ควรหยุดใช้งานทันที
• ห้ามใช้กับน้ำยาที่มีส่วนผสมกัดกร่อนสูง
• Do not use on surfaces contaminated with sand or metal particles
• Avoid excessive machine speed to prevent pad burning
• Stop use immediately if the pad is torn or deformed
• Do not use with highly abrasive or corrosive compounds
