วิธีการใช้งาน (How to Use)

• เลือกชนิดของแปรงให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงานที่ต้องการใช้งาน
• ใส่หัวแปรงเข้ากับหัวจับสว่านหรือไขควงกระแทกที่มีลักณะหัวจับเป็นแกนหกเหลี่ยมขนาด 1/4"
• ตั้งรอบหมุนต่ำ-กลาง เพื่อควบคุมการขัดได้แม่นยำ
• ขัดอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยไม่กดแรงเกินไป
• ทำความสะอาดแปรงและเก็บหลังใช้งาน
• Select the appropriate brush type and size for the application.
• Insert the brush into a drill or impact driver equipped with a 1/4" hex chuck.
• Set the tool to a low-to-medium speed for better control during cleaning.
• Move the brush evenly across the surface without applying excessive pressure.
• Clean the brushes and store them properly after use.

คำแนะนำ (Suggestion)

• หมั่นตรวจสอบสภาพลวด หากบิดงอหรือหลุดลุ่ยควรเปลี่ยนทันที
• ทำความสะอาดและเก็บในที่แห้งหลังการใช้งาน
• เลือกวัสดุลวดให้เหมาะกับพื้นผิว เช่น ทองเหลืองสำหรับผิวละเอียด
• Regularly inspect the wire bristles. Replace the brush immediately if the wires become bent, damaged, or excessively worn.
• Clean the brushes and store them in a dry place after use.
• Select the appropriate wire type for the workpiece and surface. Brass-coated wire is suitable for more delicate surfaces.

• ห้ามใช้เกินความเร็วสูงสุด 4,500 RPM
• ต้องสวมแว่นตา ถุงมือ และอุปกรณ์ป้องกันขณะใช้งาน
• ห้ามใช้แปรงกับวัสดุหมุนเร็วโดยไม่มีที่ยึดแน่น
• หากลวดเริ่มหลุดหรือแปรงสั่นผิดปกติ ให้หยุดใช้งานทันที
• ห้ามสัมผัสหัวแปรงโดยตรงขณะหมุน
• Do not exceed the maximum speed of 4,500 RPM.
• Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during use.
• Make sure the brush is securely attached to the tool before operation.
• Stop using the brush immediately if the wires become loose or excessive vibration occurs.
• Never touch the brush while it is rotating.
