- เตรียมแผ่นฉนวนฟีโนลิคโฟม

- วัดขนาดไซส์ที่ต้องการ (ขนาดขึ้นอยู่กับพัดลม)

- เมื่อวัดขนาดไซส์เสร็จแล้ว ใช้วงเวียนร่าง เป็นครึ่งวงกลม ทั้งด้านนอกและด้านใน

- ใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด (แบบซ้าย 45 องศา) ตัดด้านใน

- ใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด (แบบขวา 45 องศา) ตัดด้านนอก

- จะได้ฉนวนแบบครึ่งวงกลม ทำแบบนี้ 2 ชิ้น

- จากนั้นจะทำฉนวนแบบตรง วัดขนาดไซส์และใช้อุปกรณ์ตัด(แบบตรง) ตัดฉนวนแบบตรง 2 ชิ้น

- ฉนวนแบบตรง 2 ชิ้น จะทำการพับโดยการวัดขนาดแล้วร่างเพื่อจะทำการพับฉนวน (ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องพับ สามารถอุปกรณ์ตัดแบบบตัววีได้)

- เมื่อพับฉนวนตรงเสร็จ ค่อยๆ ใช้มือดัดให้โค้ง และทากาวไปตามขอบ ประกอบเข้าหากันให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

- จากนั้นติดเทปอลูมิเนียมตรงมุมด้านนอกของท่อให้ครบทั้ง 4 ด้าน

- ส่วนมุมด้านในใช้ใช้กาวหรือซิลิโคนทาเพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งแรง

How to make curve duct

- Prepare phenolic Foam sheet.

- Measure the desired size (Size depends on the Evaporative Air Cooler).
